Delta Metals is pleased to offer our trapezoid corrugated exposed fastener panels in the Delta trap 438 profile.


The tightly configured trapezoidal ribs offer a robust look with excellent rigidity in 26 Gauge and 24 Gauge.


Mostly used in industrial and commercial applications, however it has been used successfully in residential settings as a wainscot, privacy fencing and accent walls.

Panel Specifications:

  • Panels can be cut to custom lengths (2’ 6” minimum to 40’ maximum)
  • We offer several different color options in 26 Gauge
  • We offer limited color options in 24 Gauge (contact sales rep. for available colors)
  • Coverage for 26 Gauge is 34”
  • Coverage for 24 Gauge is 38.25”
  • Ribs spacing is 4.25” on center
  • Rib Height is 7/8”
  • Sherwin-Williams 40 year paint warranty
